All 8 buildings are deeded on 1 deed. The buildings each have 2 dwellings for a total of 16 units. They have been low income housing through a trust 100 plus years. Most units mimic one another and are laid out with 1st floor Living Room, Dining Room and kitchen. 2nd floor is 2-3 bedrooms with a full bath. The 3rd floor has 2 unheated rooms. They have a full unfinished basement. Each unit has a rear fenced in yard and on-street parking. 3 units have gas heat and the remaining units are oil heated. 7 units are currently vacant and the other 9 have tenants.Unit 353 - Has had interior reconstruction and added extra features. Unit 343 - Has an upgraded kitchen and was remodeled approx 30 years ago after a first floor fire. Unit 347 - Does not have heat to the second level. This unit is still of original state where the floor on second level has holes cut in it to allow heat to come up. Unit 349 - Tenant added a 1st floor powder room and made upgrades from time to time. Unit 367 - Has some upgrades of Pergo flooring and counter tops.. Unit 361 - Has first floor powder room and a stand up shower was added on.VACANT UNITS - Have no water or electric at this time.
